REFUND POLICY
We can offer a refund or exchange only for one single opened pair of pants. This applies regardless of whether you've ordered multiple pairs, whether they're the same style or various styles and sizes.
We can process a refund for only one pair. For any additional pairs, we're pleased to provide an exchange or store credit, which will remain valid for three months after the issue date. In the event you receive a faulty pair, we will be happy to send you a replacement within six months.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We only provide an exchange on one opened pair and will exchange with the same style.
If you want to change the style, we can offer you a refund on an unopened pair and you can re-order a new style.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If unopened:
A refund and or exchange for all items on order will be offered if all the items are unopened and returned in the same condition & packaging.
If opened:
If the packages have been opened/worn and it is within the first 40 days after your order, then you will be eligible for an exchange or a refund for one item of underwear only. If multiple items are bought you will only be eligible for a refund on one pair of underwear which is the cheapest.
This policy lasts 40 days. If over 40 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Note:-
We do not provide a refund or exchange for Factory Imperfect pants or any items purchased on promotion, e.g. Black Friday, Sublime Day, or Earth Hour.
POSTAGE & RETURNS
You must retain the postage receipt for future correspondence, we are not liable for packages getting lost in transit back to us.
